Workshop objectives
  1. Map the current-state Gemilang reconciliation workflow on AutoCount, step-by-step — with a live walkthrough in AutoCount
  2. Establish baseline volumes, throughput, and the top exception types specific to Gemilang
  3. Understand Odoo target state per step — what stays, changes, or disappears
  4. Align on go/no-go for the Design phase, including prototype + build scope and migration-safe approach
